Cheryl Rae
Undergrad - Photocommunications, St. Edwards University and an MA Art Museum Education, The University of Texas at Austin. Graphic artist since 1988. Cheryl started out in publishing as the Editor for School Publications, Texas School for the Deaf and then found her way into higher education for the past 18 years. She taught faculty at ACC how to put their courses on the web, and currently works as an artist for UT. Freelance web designer, editor, marketing specialist and author. Cheryl has extensive experience in graphic art software, book layout and prepress. Cheryl has a fondness for birds and chocolate and loves the beach.
Suzanne Lewis
UT Graduate Bachelor of Fine Arts. Advertising Art Director/Graphic Designer since 1977. Suzanne took her first art lesson at Laguna Gloria Art Museum when she was six years old. As an ad agency art director she created national print and television ad campaigns, traveled the world on assignment as a freelance commercial photographer and had her own greeting card business. She worked in a bookstore for nine years and also enjoys writing. She belongs to a writing group that has been meeting together for fourteen years. Her most recent project was editing and designing her mother’s book. Suzanne is currently at work on a children’s picture book, writing and illustrating it. In her spare time she loves to paint. |
