Austin, TX is where I was born, raised, and now reside forever!

My training background is with the Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage where I completed 550 hours of comprehensive work including Swedish, Pregnancy, Deep Tissue, Sports, Structural Integration, Shiatsu, and Business Ethics. I have been in practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist since October 2005, working mainly in the chiropractic setting. The chiropractors I have worked with are the Fedesna brothers on North Lamar, Kapsner Chiropractic on South Lamar, and Zygmont Chiropractic.

Within the past year I have set out to work more with my own clients and am also working part-time at Massage Harmony located in the Westgate shopping center. I am excited about being a more mobile therapist and will travel any distance to serve a client in need of quality care. I enjoy being able to give a variety of touch therapies but my signature ones are deep tissue, trigger point, and reflexology.

When you receive massage from me, you are receiving quality touch from strong and focused hands. My aim is to see results and make sure my clients feel better when they leave. I also like to give a helpful piece of knowledge for each person to take with them. Whether it be a strech to practice or something as subtle as breathing deeper, I take this responsibility to communicate knowledge where I can even if it's only one thing. There is a wealth of information out there about the human body and I am delighted to share what I know with anyone who is seeking a deeper understanding of their own bodies.
